30-Day Return Policy

We stand behind every product we make. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Test-Fit Is Fine

Go ahead and install your shade or cover to check the fit — a test-fit does not affect your return eligibility. If the fit isn't right or you're not satisfied, send it back within the 30-day window.

Free Returns, No Restocking Fee

• Every return includes a free prepaid return shipping label.
• No restocking fee — approved refunds go back to your original payment method in full.
• You'll need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

1. Email support@proadsy.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Defects

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@proadsy.com. Include photos of the issue and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.

Exchanges

If the fit isn't right, we'll exchange it for the correct one free of charge — we cover shipping both ways. Email support@proadsy.com with your order number and the correct year, make, and model, and we'll get the right fit on its way.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed in full to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take an additional 5-10 business days to reflect the refund on your statement.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale and clearance items (marked as such on the product page).
• Gift cards.

Warranty

All Proadsy products come with a 2-year warranty covering fabric integrity, frame durability, and manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are separate from returns — contact support@proadsy.com for warranty service.
