30-Day Return Guarantee

We stand behind every product we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your Proadsy purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return — no questions asked.

Return Eligibility

• Item must be in its original condition — unused, with tags attached and in original packaging.
• Return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
• You'll need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

1. Email support@proadsy.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Defects

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@proadsy.com. Include photos of the issue and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange experience, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the correct product. This ensures you receive your replacement as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take an additional 5-10 business days to reflect the refund on your statement.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items purchased on final sale or clearance.
• Gift cards.
• Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Warranty

All Proadsy products come with a 2-year warranty covering fabric integrity, frame durability, and manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are separate from returns — contact support@proadsy.com for warranty service.
