Every Proadsy product is custom-fit using 3D laser scan data of your specific vehicle on a Faro Edge 9-axis scanner — manufacturing tolerance ±0.08mm. Use the Vehicle Finder on the homepage to match your year/make/model. If your year isn't listed, email us — we'll quote a custom one-off scan.

Patterns ship 30-60 days after a new model year is released. We laser-scan a real production unit before adding to the catalog. Email us with your VIN — if we don't have your year yet, we'll let you know expected listing date or refund 100%.

Yes. Windshield aperture and body dimensions stay consistent across trim levels for the same year/model. Trim differences mostly affect sensor packages — our patterns include cutouts for ADAS forward camera and rain sensor used in higher trims.

Yes — windshield glass and body shells are shared between Hybrid and Gas variants for the same model/year (Camry Hybrid, RAV4 Hybrid, CR-V Hybrid, Accord Hybrid, etc.). Same pattern works for both.

Mid-year trim or interior changes don't affect windshield aperture or body dimensions. The pattern fits all production within the listed year range. Major generation breaks (e.g., 2014 → 2015 F-150 aluminum body) are reflected in separate listings.

Aftermarket glass typically matches OEM dimensions within 1-2mm. Our 0.08mm-tolerance pattern is forgiving up to ~3mm windshield variance. If yours doesn't fit due to non-OEM glass, we re-ship a different sized version free of charge.

Manufacturing tolerance ±0.08mm. We laser-scan a real production unit (not CAD models) on a Faro Edge 9-axis scanner. Each model in our catalog is scanned in our California lab — we don't license patterns from third-party libraries.

Yes. Email us with vehicle details and photos. Custom one-off scans are quoted case-by-case — typical lead time 4-6 weeks. We've done classic American muscle cars, JDM imports, low-volume European sports cars, and pre-1990 collector vehicles.

Universal shades are sized for the largest common windshield, then cropped or stretched. Each vehicle has unique curvature — universals leave gaps at A-pillars where heat enters. Custom fits the gasket lip exactly. The price difference ($25-30 vs $15) pays back in cabin temperature reduction and dashboard UV protection.

Standard cover patterns include cab/bed configuration mapping (Regular/Super/Crew cab, plus 5.5/6.5/8.0 ft bed lengths for trucks). Tonneau covers and roof racks fit under the standard cover. Bed caps require the truck-bed accessory variant — email for bundle pricing.

Yes. The pattern dips around the rain sensor (driver-side, top of glass) — no overlap. The cabin-facing layer doesn't trigger sensor activation. Tested with all major ADAS packages.

No. The pattern is laser-mapped to clear the forward camera housing (top of windshield, driver-side area) used by collision-mitigation braking and lane-keep systems.

Yes for all. Each ADAS package's forward camera and rain sensor housing locations are mapped from real production scans. Tested across 2018-2026 model years on Toyota, Honda, Ford, Subaru, Hyundai, Kia, Nissan, Mazda, GM, Stellantis vehicles.

No. Tesla's forward camera cluster (3 cameras at top of windshield, driver-side) is cleared by the pattern cutout. When the shade is in place, the car is parked and Autopilot is paused anyway — but the cutout means installation/removal doesn't disturb camera calibration.

Yes. The shade sits inside the cabin against the glass, below the rearview mirror. Auto-dim sensors face the cabin and aren't blocked. The TPU handle on umbrella variants hooks over the mirror stem, not the mirror itself.

Yes. The shade is below the HUD projection zone on the windshield. HUD projects directly to the glass — sunshade doesn't sit in the HUD optical path.

Lane-keep camera is the same forward camera (already cleared). Blind-spot monitor sensors are in the rear bumper or side mirrors — not affected by windshield shade or front car cover. Side-window shades don't block side mirror sensors when stowed for driving.

No. The rearview camera is in the rear of the vehicle (license plate area or trunk handle). Front windshield products don't affect rear camera function. The car cover has an inset window over the rear license plate to keep the camera and license plate visible.

Real-world Death Valley test (2024 Camry, 110°F ambient): dashboard surface 161°F → 102°F after 90 minutes — about 50-60°F reduction. Vehicles with panoramic glass (Tesla Model Y, Cybertruck) see even larger drops (~65°F) because the shade blocks more interior surface area.

Sunshades: 99.4% UV-A and UV-B blocked by the metallized reflective layer. Car covers: 99.8% UV blocked (5-layer construction with UV-resistant outer shell). Independently tested per ASTM standards.

Outer layer rated for 7+ years of full daily UV exposure on most vehicles in most climates. Real-world Arizona owners report 5+ years before any visible fade. The cabin-facing layer (non-slip foam) doesn't see direct UV so it lasts indefinitely.

Yes. The shade sits inside the cabin against the windshield (not against tinted side/rear glass) and uses non-abrasive cabin-facing foam. No risk of scratching factory or aftermarket tint film.

Rated to 60 mph sustained winds via integrated buckle-down straps + inset elastic skirt. Tested in wind-tunnel simulation and real-world Phoenix/LA garage testing. No flapping, no abrasion against paint at highway-adjacent winds.

Car covers: 5,000mm hydrostatic head (waterproof under heavy rain and snow). Pet seat covers: 8,000mm hydrostatic head (handles muddy paws, accidents). The outer shell beads water; inner micro-pore membrane lets cabin moisture escape so you don't get mildew.

Vertical snow load rated to 18 inches on the roof before sag. The 5-layer construction includes a closed-cell foam mid-layer that prevents conformance to ice (so the cover doesn't freeze stuck to the paint).

Top fabric is 1680D ballistic nylon — same denier rating used in luggage and military gear. Tested with active retrievers and medium-large dogs. Survives normal claw activity for 3+ years of daily use.

Open it (it pops to size automatically), place against the windshield from inside the cabin, tuck the top edge behind the sun visors. Takes about 10 seconds, one-handed. The non-slip backing keeps it in place.

About 3 seconds. Pull the handle; the spring-steel frame self-tensions and pops open like a parasol. The TPU handle hooks over the rearview mirror stem to anchor it. No twisting or wrestling.

Yes. Spring-steel frame is rated 100,000+ open-close cycles before fatigue. UV-resistant film on outer layer is rated 7+ years of daily sun exposure. Most owners report no visible degradation after 3-4 summers of daily use.

No — heat trap. Don't run the engine with the cover on; exhaust heat can damage the inner fleece liner. EV charging is fine since there's no exhaust heat.

Designed for parked use. Driver-side visibility is 100% with shades stowed in the door pocket. Install in seconds when parked (no static cling failures, no suction cups in heat). Each shade folds to 1.1 inches for storage.

Yes. EV charging produces minimal heat compared to ICE exhaust. Leave the cover on during overnight charging. Some Tesla owners report 2-3% daily battery savings because the cabin stays pre-cooled (Cabin Overheat Protection runs less).

Buckle-down straps go under the car (front-to-back routing). Inset elastic skirt cinches around the lower body line. Both included. In sustained 60+ mph winds, double-buckle the front strap for extra hold.

No. Magnetic seatbelt openings let you buckle the pet without unhooking the cover. Anchored to headrests + seatbelt slots, rated 130 lb anchor strength. No wandering during turns or hard braking.

No. Machine washing degrades the seam taping. Hose off + air dry instead. For tough spots, use mild soap and a soft sponge. Avoid solvents or pressure washers.

Wipe with a damp microfiber cloth. Don't submerge or machine-wash. Spot-clean any sunscreen or makeup transfer with a soap-water solution and a soft cloth.

The inner liner is removable and machine-washable cold + air dry. The outer ballistic shell is wipe-clean only — sealed seams degrade in washing machines.

Sunshades: store flat or in the included sleeve in your trunk or under-seat. Car covers: fold and store in the included drawstring bag in the trunk. Both should be stored dry — moisture trapped in folds can cause mildew.

Hose off, then wipe with a 50/50 vinegar-water solution. Air dry completely before re-installing. The breathable membrane is designed to prevent mildew, but storing wet for weeks can still cause it.

Rated 100,000+ open-close cycles before fatigue. At 1 cycle per day, that's 270+ years — practically lifetime. The fabric will degrade from UV before the frame fatigues.

Sealed seam tape can be re-applied with a heat gun on low setting + clear seam grip adhesive (sold in outdoor sports stores). Email us with photos — minor damage we'll cover under warranty if within 2 years of purchase.
