How We Guarantee Perfect Fit
Every Proadsy product begins with a 3D laser scan of the actual vehicle. We don't guess dimensions or scale from generic templates. We capture over 3 million data points per vehicle to create a digital twin of your windshield, roofline, and body contours.
3D Laser Scanning
Each vehicle model is scanned with industrial-grade laser equipment, capturing every curve, sensor housing, and mirror mount.
Precision Cutting
Computer-controlled cutting machines produce each product to 0.1mm tolerance, ensuring an exact match to your vehicle's geometry.
Fitment Verification
Every design is test-fitted on the actual vehicle model before production begins. No suction cups, no clips required.
What If It Doesn't Fit?
We stand behind our fitment guarantee with zero risk to you. If your Proadsy product does not fit your vehicle as described, here's what we'll do:
- Free Return Shipping — We'll send you a prepaid return label. You pay nothing to send it back.
- Free Exchange — If we have the correct fit for your vehicle, we'll ship a replacement at no charge.
- Full Refund — If a replacement isn't available or you prefer a refund, we'll process it within 3 business days of receiving the return.
No restocking fees. No hoops to jump through. Contact support@proadsy.com with your order number and vehicle details, and we'll take care of the rest.
What's Covered
The warranty covers:
- Fabric delamination or peeling — separation of material layers under normal use
- Frame breakage — cracking or warping of the internal support structure
- Manufacturing defects — stitching failure, misalignment, or dimensional errors
- UV coating degradation — reflective coating losing effectiveness within the warranty period
The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or normal cosmetic wear (minor scuffs or fading from extended sun exposure beyond the coating lifespan).
How to File a Claim
Email support@proadsy.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Our team responds within 24 hours on business days. Most claims are resolved with a replacement shipped within 2-3 business days.
