What Proadsy 2023-2025 Mazda CX-50 Windshield owners are saying
Perfect fit for the Mazda CX9. Fills in the entire windsheild without any gaps and has a cutout for the camera/mirror allowing great coverage. Though the inner wire is a little stiff and it takes some effort to roll the shade back into its packaging, overall it's fairly simple…
"This shade fits very well and covers the entirety of the windshield, which is not common with many foldable sun shades. Of note is that this sun shade is VERY sturdy and it appears well made (especially the foldable flexible outer ring), which can be good or bad depending on if…"
— Verified buyer (Oct 2024, 5/5)
The description states for Toyota RAV4, but I took a chance this cover would fit my Mazda CX-30 and I’m glad I did. The cover fits great. There were no instructions included so I followed the video and photos from the listing on Amazon and the installation was easy. The fabric…

$15 more buys you three things.
Speed of deploy
Generic shades roll, fold, or fight a foam core. Ours pops open in three seconds — once. No two-handed wrestle. Important when it's 110°F outside.
Custom-cut to your vehicle
Laser-scanned from a real production car. Pattern is mapped around the rain sensor and forward camera — Amazon shades sit on top of the camera and bunch.
Verified thermal drop
90-minute soak, 110°F ambient, real cabin. Without shade: 161°F dashboard. With Proadsy: 102°F. Tested at our California lab and field-validated in Death Valley.
Three seconds vs half a minute.

The questions before you buy.
Will this fit all model years the same way?
Yes. The windshield aperture has not meaningfully changed across years in the listed range. Our laser-scan-based pattern fits identically.
Does it clear the rain sensor and forward camera?
Yes. The pattern dips around the rain sensor (driver-side, top of glass) and the forward camera housing (centered). The cutout matches OEM glass cutout to within 0.1mm.
What size does it fold to? Will it fit the door pocket?
12.6" folded diameter (~32cm). Fits the front-door map pocket and the rear seat-back pocket. Includes a soft TPU sleeve to keep it clean.
Does it work with the auto-dimming mirror?
Yes. The umbrella's TPU handle clips over the mirror stem, not the mirror itself. The auto-dim sensor remains uncovered.
What's the difference between umbrella and foldable?
Same engineered layers and same exact pattern. The umbrella deploys faster (3s vs 10s) and self-tensions; the foldable packs slightly flatter for tight storage. Both are equally effective at thermal blocking.
What if it doesn't fit?
Send it back. We pay the shipping label. No restocking fee. Return rate sits below 0.6%, and every return was due to a year-selection error at checkout (which we re-shipped, free).
