Bounce the sun back out
A reflective coated outer ply faces the glass. It turns away 99.4% of UV and 92% of infrared before either enters the cabin.
Hollow airflow, not foam.
Two bonded shells trap a hollow air channel through the core — heat that gets past the reflective layers vents away instead of soaking in. No foam to sag, no bake-smell.
No suction cups. Ever.
The custom-cut edge tucks itself into the A-pillar trim and both visors lock the top. The spring-steel perimeter frame is rated for 100,000+ fold cycles — twist-fold it daily for years.
