Scanned for EVs first.
Cameras, LIDAR housings, glass roofs — EVs need shades that work around the sensors. We scan every new EV in week one. Below: 5 platforms we've already mapped to 0.1mm tolerance.
Hyundai Ioniq 5
Glass roof. Camera-cluster rear-view mirror. Pixel-LED headlights that the generic shade brands ignored. We mapped the cabin in week one of US delivery.
Rivian R1T
Front sensor cluster + quad-camera dashcam package. Off-road windshield rake is steeper than most pickups — generic shades sit 2 inches short on the bottom. Ours doesn't.
Ford Mustang Mach-E
Pano-roof aware design. Around the BlueCruise camera housing — and a windshield curve that's tighter than the Edge it replaced. 0.1mm tolerance keeps the shade flush.
Kia EV9
3-row family EV with the largest factory windshield in Kia's lineup. Highway Driving Assist 2 camera + dual radar — we cut around all of them. Bonus: it folds smaller than the cabin width.
Lucid Air
The DreamDrive sensor array is the densest of any production EV. Glass canopy is one piece — no traditional A-pillar reference. We laser-scanned the cabin twice to get the curvature right.
