Shipping Policy

All Proadsy orders ship free within the continental United States. We partner with Amazon Fulfillment to ensure fast, reliable delivery.

Delivery Timeframe

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days from the date of order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Where Do You Ship?

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

How Are Orders Shipped?

Amazon functions as our logistics partner. They select the carrier that provides the best delivery experience for your location — typically UPS, USPS, or Amazon Logistics.

Order Fulfillment

Multiple Items in One Order

We make every effort to ship all items in your order together. In some cases, items may ship separately depending on warehouse availability. Each shipment will include its own tracking number.

Can I Change My Shipping Address?

Address changes can be made within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, the order enters fulfillment and the address cannot be modified. Contact support@proadsy.com immediately if you need to make a change.

What If I Receive the Wrong Product?

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at support@proadsy.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will ship the correct product at no additional cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status by logging into your account or contacting our support team.
